SuperYachtsMonaco, an internationally recognized superyacht brokerage and advisory firm, operates at the pinnacle of the global yachting market. Known for discretion, expertise, and high-value transactions, the firm advises UHNW clients on sales, purchases, new builds, and charter worldwide.
Operating at this elite level, SuperYachtsMonaco faced increasing competitive pressure from larger brokerages with more mature digital and data infrastructures. While commercial performance remained strong, marketing activity lacked the structural rigor required to support scale, attribution, and long-cycle decision-making across sales, charter, and new build advisory. The absence of a unified system limited visibility, efficiency, and alignment between marketing investment and sales outcomes.
RB Yacht Marketing (RBYM) was engaged as a strategic and executional partner to design and implement a structured growth framework aligned with the realities of UHNW brokerage. The engagement focused on building durable systems rather than transient campaigns.
Key initiatives included CRM architecture and HubSpot implementation to align marketing activity with sales pipelines; lifecycle tracking and segmentation to reflect owner, buyer, and charter behavior; establishing guidelines and strategies for social media channels related to sales and charter listings, achieving remarkable growth levels; SEO and GEO strategy to strengthen authority and visibility in priority UHNW markets; and the deployment of non-code AI automation to streamline content workflows, reporting, and asset coordination.
Brand experience was elevated through disciplined storytelling, premium collateral, and artist-led creative integration, ensuring consistency across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

IGY Marinas operates one of the world’s most prestigious networks of superyacht marinas, spanning 24 destinations across 14+ countries. While the core marina business was firmly established, the organization had untapped commercial potential within its own audiences. Leadership required a commercial framework that could drive recurring, diversified revenue while preserving IGY’s premium positioning. The challenge was two-fold:
RBYM designed and launched IGY Media a revenue-generating media business integrated into IGY’s brand and global operations.
Key initiatives included defining IGY Media’s brand and product architecture; structuring sponsorship and media inventory for luxury, lifestyle and B2B partners; curating premium onsite activations across key destinations; integrating CRM segmentation to track partner value and audience engagement; and supporting launch visibility through coordinated PR, collateral, and on-site branding.

Astondoa is a century-old Spanish yacht builder with a strong European reputation and a portfolio spanning 38 ft to 125 ft. In the United States, however, the brand lacked a market-specific narrative that spoke clearly to U.S. buyers and brokers. Digital marketing, PR, and experiential activations were fragmented, limiting visibility and impact in a market where clarity of positioning is essential to broker adoption and buyer decision-making.
RBYM partnered with Astondoa and PR experts to design and execute an integrated market relaunch centred on brand authority and client's experience. The strategy combined competitive positioning, model-specific messaging aligned to U.S. buyer intent; bespoke photography and videography to elevate premium positioning; enhanced web and email marketing with analytics-led optimisation; curated boat show activations across key U.S. events; strategic partnerships, and sustained PR outreach that amplified new launches and heritage narratives among marine editors and lifestyle press.
G·Marine Yacht Sales originally based in California relocated to Fort Lauderdale to strengthen its presence at the center of the U.S. yachting market. The dealership specialized in representing European yacht brands and serving a predominantly Latin client base, spanning Mexico, Central America, and South America.
RBYM was engaged to modernize the brand, clarify positioning, and equip the business with sales-ready assets to support growth in a highly competitive brokerage environment.
RBYM delivered a positioning-led brand transformation designed to support both credibility and conversion in a relationship-driven market. The engagement focused on building a boutique identity aligned with European heritage and Latin buyer expectations, then deploying it consistently across all commercial touchpoints.
Key initiatives included brand architecture and a new visual identity system; clear positioning and messaging anchored by the tagline “Your European Yacht Boutique”; a unified collateral suite for boat shows and broker use; website updates and SEO foundations to improve discoverability; targeted digital and email campaigns aligned with CRM outreach; coordinated boat show execution; and high-quality photography and video to elevate perception across digital and experiential channels.

Cheoy Lee Shipyards is one of the world’s longest-established yacht and commercial vessel builders, operating shipyards in China. With seven generations of continuous shipbuilding heritage, the brand spans commercial transport vessels, luxury yachts, and long-range Explorer-style yachts.
RBYM was engaged to help with the launch of Cheoy Lee’s new Explorer line in United States, translating deep Asian shipbuilding pedigree into a narrative that resonated with U.S. owners, brokers, and media.
The engagement centered on three core deliverables designed to support broker understanding and buyer confidence.
First, we developed a structured messaging framework that translated Cheoy Lee’s multi-generation shipyard heritage into a clear, broker-relevant narrative for the U.S. market, with distinct positioning for the Explorer lines.
Second, we designed and built a dedicated website experience to present the yachts with proper hierarchy, model-level storytelling.
Third, we produced high-quality 3D video content to visualize the new models.
EVO Yachts is an Italian builder known for contemporary design, transformable layouts, and advanced engineering. Entering the U.S. market, the brand faced the challenge of establishing credibility against well-established Italian and Northern European competitors. Low awareness among U.S. buyers and brokers, combined with complex product storytelling and intense boat show time constraints, limited EVO’s ability to communicate differentiation quickly and convincingly.
While G·Marine Yacht Sales represented the builder in the U.S., RBYM was engaged to deliver an experiential market entry strategy designed to accelerate comprehension of Evo's revolutionary technology and third-party validation. The program combined competitive positioning, concise U.S.-focused messaging, and immersive tools that allowed prospects to understand EVO’s design intelligence without physical access to a yacht.
Key initiatives included competitive analysis and positioning against contemporary peers; development of clear brand and model narratives aligned with broker sales conversations; design and deployment of an interactive VR experience to demonstrate transformable layouts at shows and remotely; coordinated U.S. boat show execution with integrated experiential touchpoints; refined collateral and print materials; targeted digital and email campaigns to amplify show presence; and high-quality photography

Fairline Yachts is a respected British builder with a strong heritage in design, performance, and craftsmanship. In the United States, the brand competed for attention in a crowded landscape dominated by larger European groups. FL boat shows were critical to Fairline’s visibility and ability to generate qualified engagement.
RBYM partnered with Fairline’s corporate communications team to deliver an integrated U.S. market engagement program focused on experiential activations. The approach prioritized consistency across physical, editorial, and digital touchpoints during key boat show windows.
Key initiatives included boat show coordination (logistics, signage and onsite branding); clear, U.S.-relevant messaging and copywriting emphasizing Fairline’s heritage and performance credentials; coordinated PR strategy with press materials, briefings, and targeted outreach; pre- and post-show email campaigns to drive qualified booth traffic; and targeted photography and videography to support press distribution, dealer use, and digital amplification.
Sundeck Yachts is a modern Italian builder introduced in 2015, reinterpreting the trawler category through contemporary design, efficiency, and long-range performance. Entering the U.S. market, the brand faced the structural challenge of building legitimacy in a conservative segment dominated by long-established names. Low awareness, category misperception, and limited access to high-credibility editorial channels constrained broker and buyer confidence.
RBYM delivered a U.S. market entry program focused on credibility and third party validation. The strategy aligned Italian brand DNA with U.S. buyer expectations, prioritizing media authority and visual storytelling.
Key initiatives included competitive and category analysis to define brand competitive position; development of a clear narrative positioning Sundeck as a modern Italian trawler; targeted PR and editorial strategy across U.S. marine and lifestyle outlets; coordinated U.S. boat show participation with consistent messaging and sales-ready collateral; refined brochures and copy for broker and buyer use; bespoke photography and videography; email campaigns reinforcing press visibility; and alignment of U.S.-facing website messaging.
